To try and ward off the boredom/winter blahs that I could sense creeping in tonight, I made chocolate cookies stuffed with peanut butter (recipe here).  I’m kind of meh about them. First, they were really fiddly and took a while to get downpat. Also they’re WAY too sweet (and I didn’t even roll them in sugar like the original recipe called for!). I might try and pawn most of them on my co-workers tomorrow, as possibly my tastebuds are just off from being sick.
