Lemon, dill potato salad, with arugula and cherry tomatoes and snow peas. With a side of sautéed grapes and goat cheese on toast.. And lots and lots of Arrested Development.
Recipee
Boil potatoes.Drain and set aside to cool. Mix 2 Tbs. oil, yogurt , lemon juice and a good pinch of salt and pepper. Combine the tomatoes, peas and dill in a large serving bowl.When the potatoes have cooled, mix it all together in a swerving bowl. Pour the dressing over them and toss and Serve.
Cut a bunch of gapes in half and fry them in a frying pan with thyme. Toast some bread, spread goat’s cheese on toast and add hot grapes and thyme on top.

But this morning I had to direct someone to our other floor, and he seemed confused why he was being sent there, so I was like, “Well, the other floor is much prettier, I think you’ll like it better,” to which he replied, “Well I’m sure the receptionist there isn’t as pretty!” and then I actually blushed because that’s how I respond to pretty much everything?
